How do I pay?
50% deposit on instruction, 50% on issue of the calculation pack. Bank transfer, card or invoice.
Are revisions included if Building Control queries the design?
Yes — up to two rounds of revisions within six weeks of issue, included. Most schemes never need them; when they do, we handle the BC officer directly.
Do you visit site or can I send measurements?
Both. Sketches and photos are fine for straightforward beams. Older properties, hidden walls or awkward access get a site visit — typically same or next working day in Ilford and Tilbury.
Can you work from my architect's drawings?
Yes. PDF or DWG. We tie our calculations to the same drawing references so your builder and Building Control work from one consistent set of documents.
What if the scope changes mid-project?
We'll quote any additional beam or revision as a small bolt-on fee — typically £100–£200 per extra beam. No surprise charges.
